About Scenecave Tree Service and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Scenecave Tree Service is a referral service for homeowners who need tree work. We are not a tree company. We do not own trucks, climb trunks or run saws. Think of us as a patient neighbor who has seen many tree jobs: we explain what is going on, then point you toward someone who can do the work.

Why We Exist

A tree is hard to price from the street. Two oaks that look the same can need very different plans, because roots, lean, power lines and yard access all change the job. Many homeowners get a single number with no reasons behind it. We explain what drives the price and share typical U.S. ranges, from a few hundred dollars for a small, easy tree to several thousand for a large one that is hard to reach. Those ranges vary by job. Price follows access.

How Providers Are Matched

When you request an estimate or phone in, you describe the tree, the problem and how a crew could reach it. That information goes to independent local providers in our network who handle that kind of job. A provider then contacts you to talk details and, if it makes sense, set an appointment.

Emergency tree removal after a storm is routed the same way, with the urgency noted so providers can see it. Stump grinding requests follow the same path. Availability differs from one provider to the next, so we never promise a time.

What We Expect From Providers

Every provider in our network is an independent business. We ask providers to:

  • Give a written quote that lists the work, the cleanup and the hauling.
  • Explain the plan in plain words before any cutting begins.
  • Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require, and share proof when you ask.
  • Treat your property and your neighbors' property with care.

Quote before cutting. If a provider cannot do those things, you are welcome to ask someone else.

Extra Care for Older Homes

An older house is like a favorite sweater with a few patched elbows. It works well, but you want to know where the repairs are. Past additions, aging pipes, brittle roofing and roots that have wrapped around a slab or sewer line can all change how a tree should come down. Tell the provider what you know. Read the roots before the first cut.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not cut, climb or haul anything.
  • We do not set the price. The provider you choose does.
  • We do not give legal or insurance advice. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
  • We do not promise arrival times or results.

How We Are Paid

Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them. You are not charged by Scenecave Tree Service for asking, and there is no obligation to hire anyone. If you do hire a provider, you pay that provider under the written quote you accepted.
